Preparing your visit

Visitors enter the venue at their own risk. We recommend practical footwear.

House rules

• Please respect our neighbors and try to keep noise at a minimum.
• No smoking indoors.
• No alcohol allowed on the premises.
• Wear a mask.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person acting against our house rules or safety regulations without any further explanation.

Accessibility

With the exception of one room in the cellar, the entire venue is on one level. There are parts of the exhibition space that can’t be accessed or are hard to access in a wheelchair. However, we want to try to accommodate everybody, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch (contact@haus.wien) if you have any concerns or questions regarding your visit – we will do our best to find a suitable solution.

Covid-19

Your safety is of great importance to us. Upon entry, we will ask you to disclose the mandatory contact information for contact tracing. Your details will be kept strictly confidential and in accordance with European Data Privacy Laws. This is a required measure against the spread of the virus. Bear in mind that there will be a maximum of 100 visitors allowed inside the premises at any given time, in order to assure a safe distance of 1m between visitors.

We require cooperation with the following safety measures:

• wear a mask at all times during your visit
• keep a minimum of 1m distance from others
• adhere to all staff direction and signage
• avoid handshakes and embraces
• stay at home in case of any symptoms of illness
• wash your hands with soap regularly and use hand disinfectant at each provided station
• cover your nose and mouth with the crook of your arm or a handkerchief when sneezing or coughing
